Vainglorious Leader
A vainglorious leader for a faithless nation
An abomination to those who love Truth
But a saviour to those who pay it only lip service
Falsehood and avarice are his crown
Vengeance and mockery are his scepter
At long last a leader whose lies are tailor-made
To appeal to our truly deplorable selves
As opposed to our feigned better angels
